    Either no events have been published, or the ones that have are all finished. Events are published from the admin once a date is set.

How tickets work

The hold is the part worth understanding, because it is what stops two people buying the last seat.

  1. Pick your ticketsChoose a type and a quantity. The page shows what is actually left of each, and caps how many one order can take — so no single buyer can clear a tier.
  2. We hold them while you payStarting the order takes those seats off sale for everybody. If the payment is not finished in time they go back, which is why a tier can show availability one minute and not the next.
  3. Your code gets you inTickets are issued when the payment clears and appear in your account with a code for each. A code is scanned once at the door; a second scan of the same code is refused.
