How booking works

The hold is the part worth understanding, because it is what stops two people buying the same hour.

  1. Pick a room and a timeOpen the room you want, choose a session length and a day, and the free hours are shown against the clock. Nothing is reserved by looking.
  2. We hold it while you payAdding a session to your basket and starting the order takes the hour off the calendar for everybody, including you. If the payment is not finished in time, it goes back on sale.
  3. It is yoursThe booking is confirmed by the payment clearing, and it appears in your account with the room, the time and the engineer’s notes.
