This document is not yet in force
BFLABEL’s Terms of Service are being prepared. They will set out the agreement between you and the label — accounts, content and licensing, payments, acceptable use, and how a dispute is resolved — and they are not published yet. Until that document appears on this page with a date on it, none of those terms is in force, and nothing written here should be read as an agreement or as a substitute for one.
If you need an answer before then — about licensing a recording, about a release, or about something you want to do with a track or a piece of writing — ask us rather than assuming a position. Questions of that kind are answered in practice long before a document like this is finalised, and the answer you get by asking is the honest one.
